In three sessions spread over the course of 3 – 4 weeks I will use a combination of techniques including Hypnotherapy that will enable you to take control of your cravings, the habit and any unwanted side effects you may have.

Not only can these techniques be used to help you stop smoking, they may also help with other life changes you may wish to make.
