We are constantly being told by the media, what we can and cannot eat and that there is a diabetes epidemic on the way. At the other end of the scale we are being introduced to faddy diets, detox and ‘size 0’ role models.

There are one billion overweight individuals globally and by 2020, 90% of children will be obese. (World Health Organisation 2009)

Somewhere in between this there is a healthy balanced diet.

Hypnotherapy can help you identify your eating patterns, overcome cravings, put you at ease about trying new foods and support you to consciously make changes to your diet, health and appearance.

The number of sessions will be spread over a period of time that is realistic for you to achieve your goals.

I will encourage a balanced approach that you will be realistic for you to follow and help you create a new way of thinking about food for the rest of your lives.
